If I can be of any help let me know. I have helped several people in the UK get wings/spoilers shipped from the US using the US Postal Service, and they were about the maximum size that can be sent by that method. Shipping takes about 2 weeks with them and is not cheap.

Yes 93 was a transistion year for some of the improvements so some cars were built as before and some with the changes. By 94 all the cars had the upgrades.
